MemberClose is a for credit unions only business that was launched in 2004 and continues to grow. We currently serve 200 credit unions located in 21 states. MemberClose is designed to deliver credit unions the most efficient end-to-end processing solution … from credit to closing. Simply put, MemberClose saves on the time it takes and the money it cost to process all types of home equity loans.

MemberClose also offers a Loan Guarantee Program (LGP) that allows a credit union to make more loans without additional risk. With MemberClose LGP the credit union can offer 100% LTV home equity loans.

Melissa Pomeroy

Chairman of the Board

Melissa has over 25 years of experience effectively leading business and technology projects, ultimately helping organizations succeed and thrive. Prior to joining The Members Insurance Agency, Melissa worked for a large credit union in NH, where she successfully initiated and delivered many large-scale system and data analytics projects.

Bryce B. Jackson

Chief Operating Officer

Bryce brings many years of credit union experience to MemberClose. He previously worked in sales for CUNA Mutual Group and for two large credit unions in operations.

Lisa Costello

Director, Client Services

Prior to joining Members Insurance Agency, Lisa worked for one of the major providers of credit bureau services. Her role included ensuring the highest level of client service and satisfaction. She brings those skills, excellent training capabilities and enthusiasm to each and every credit union on the MemberClose program.

James Cartwright

Vice President

James Cartwright is the VP of Business Development overseeing the expansion of the Member Close Division and Pivot Lending Group partners. He has been working with credit unions since 2003. Prior to joining the Pivot Lending Group, James was the AVP of Business Development for CU Direct Connect where he consulted with credit unions offering Business Process Outsourcing services. Before moving into the BPO side of the business he was the Vice President of Sales overseeing indirect lending with dealers nationally. He was responsible for the overall strategic sales of CU Direct Connect and the development of his staff.

Rachelle Wegner

Business Development Manager

Rachelle Wegner joined Pivot Lending Group in 2022 as a Business Development Manager for the Midwest. Currently she leads the MemberClose charge throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri. Rachelle has been working with indirect lenders since 2003, Credit Union specifically since 2012. Prior to joining Pivot Lending Group, Rachelle worked for CU Direct as the Dealer Client Experience Manager for NE and IA where she provided lending solutions and technology to dealerships as well as Credit Unions.
