Bryant Ottaviano founded Pivot Lending Group in October 2002 with a clear desire to create a better mortgage company — one that knows how important every borrower is. For more than 30 years, Bryant has been putting his theory to test, and as a result he has developed a loyal customer base that rivals those of some of the largest financial institutions. Today, Pivot Lending Group services more than $500 million in loans every month. Whether working with credit unions, banks, developers, realtors or homeowners, Bryant’s main objective is to ensure the right product at a competitive price.
Bryant enjoys being outnumbered by his three lady loves: wife Ashley and twin daughters, Elodie and Finley. The girls love watching their dad compete at recreational softball. Bryant also spends time with his drums, which he has been playing since age 11. He is a member of the band North Side Tragedy, a tribute to the World Champion Chicago Cubs Baseball Club.
Before coming to Pivot, John Faries was the President & CEO of Columbine Federal Credit Union, a $64 million credit union located in Centennial, Colorado. His credit union career also includes work as the CFO/SVP of Finance for Aventa Credit Union and the Vice President of Finance & Business Development at Space Age Federal Credit Union. John is an ALM expert and has over 20 years of experience managing credit union balance sheets.
John earned his B.A. and Masters in Accountancy from the University of Missouri, is a certified public accountant, and holds his Series 65 (registered investment advisor) license. When he’s not at the office, you’ll find John at the softball field watching his high school daughter in the pitcher’s circle.
Currently serving as EVP and Chief Operating Officer at the Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA), Melissa Pomeroy collaborates closely with credit unions, associations, partners, and vendors to forge strong relationships that help credit unions achieve their goals and stay ahead in an ever-changing market.
Before joining CCUA, Melissa led a team of project managers and data analysts at St. Mary’s Bank, the Nation’s First Credit Union. Her extensive background also includes leadership roles in business and technology within the healthcare industry, along with consulting experience in both the public and private sectors.
Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from Lafayette College and a Master of Science in Operations Research from George Washington University. Based in New Hampshire, she enjoys spending her free time cooking, skiing, hiking, and coaching her son’s Cal Ripken baseball team.
Bryce Jackson serves as the Director of Sales for MemberClose, LLC, where he focuses on streamlining the mortgage loan process for credit unions, saving both time and money. With over 21 years of experience in the credit union industry, Bryce is dedicated to helping credit unions grow and enhancing the financial well-being of their members. His primary goal is to educate credit union partners on implementing effective real estate loan solutions.
Outside of work, Bryce enjoys spending time with his three children—daughter Stella and twin sons Oliver and Ben. He is an avid surfer, skier, and golfer, and can often be found cheering on his kids at their activities.
Lisa Costello has been with MemberClose since 2007, serving as the Director of Client Services. In this role, she trains and assists credit unions on all aspects of the MemberClose platform. Her deep expertise and commitment to client success have makes Lisa a valued resource for our credit union community.
Before joining MemberClose, Lisa spent over 20 years at Experian Credit Services as a Sales and Customer Service Manager. When not helping credit unions, Lisa enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
